This  Chevre meets cream cheese-like spread is luciously, creamy. Great spread on crackers for an easy snack.  Pairs well with veggies such as cucumbers and red peppers.  Also makes a great topper for baked potatoes or an instant creamy sauce for rice or pasta.  This cheese spread comes in several flavors.  The Chive Spread is exactly as it's named, simply flavored with fresh chives from the Locust Hollow garden.  Young & Spicy is flavored with cayenne, black pepper, and garlic powder for a bit more of kick.  Shitake is flavored with sauteed Shitake mushrooms (sauteed in olive oil and a little black pepper).
